How are avatar seats counted across Streamer profiles?
Each Streamer profile you create on a paid plan is one avatar seat. You can have multiple people operating one seat (handoffs mid-stream), but two simultaneous Live personas — even if they share a voice — count as two seats. Upgrade for additional seats is prorated against your current billing cycle.
What are the Stripe billing thresholds — does monthly vs. annual billing cost differ?
There is no separate "threshold" on monthly billing — you are billed the monthly rate (about $199/mo for Agency Scale and $79/mo for Agency Starter) on the same day each month, and Stripe charges the card on file as soon as the invoice is created.
Stripe processes every plan as either a monthly subscription or an annual subscription; there is no separate "threshold." Annual billing is roughly two months cheaper than twelve consecutive monthly payments because the annual total is discounted at signup, not because Stripe is doing something different behind the scenes.
Agency Scale monthly cost vs. annual cost — how much do I save?
Agency Scale is $199/mo on the monthly cadence. There is no per-month discount — twelve consecutive monthly payments total $2,388 over a year.
Agency Scale annual costs $1,980 — roughly $408 less than twelve monthly payments, which is about a 17% saving over a full year. The /pricing toggle lets you compare the figure side-by-side before you click Subscribe.
Can I switch tiers mid-cycle, and how does proration work?
Yes. Upgrading or downgrading mid-cycle is handled by Stripe's built-in proration: the unused portion of your current plan is credited against the new plan on the same invoice, and the new total is charged the moment you confirm the switch. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period so you do not lose paid time.
What happens if I exceed the avatar or stream quota on my plan?
Stream hours are soft-capped: the stream ends cleanly mid-session if you exceed them, and the dashboard shows your usage so you are not surprised. Avatar seats are hard-capped — you cannot create an additional avatar past your quota without upgrading. Existing avatars and stream history are never deleted when you exceed a quota.
Do you offer PO/invoicing for agencies on the Scale tier?
Yes. Agency Scale customers can request Net-30 invoicing and a PO-based purchase flow in lieu of a card-on-file subscription. Contact our accounts team after you subscribe to swap the billing method on the workspace.
Is there a contract or a minimum commitment on Agency Scale?
No long-term contract and no minimum commitment on Agency Scale. Monthly subscriptions cancel at the end of the current month; annual subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 30 days before renewal. You can downgrade to Starter or cancel any time from the Billing portal.
